FAQ

Where are you located?

We are located in Budapest, Hungary.

Will you ship to my country?

We deliver to most of the countries outside EU.

Where are the products shipped from?

All of our products are shipped from Hungary, purchased from the manufacturer’s agent. We only sell original, brand new items in original packaging.

Are your products compatible with Australian electrical requirements?

Yes, all of our products are safe to use with 220-240V 5-/60 Hz and go through the highest safety checks in Europe with CE certificate. We strongly recommend to use certified electricians for installation.

All appliances are sent without an AU plug. An electrician can install an AU plug or the unit can be hardwired.

Please note high end appliances do not include plugs and power cords by the manufacturers and cooktops always have to be hardwired.

Why are you so cheap compare to Australia?

We buy straight from the European manufacturer cutting out the Australian manufacturers agent and the resellers. Our prices are the same as the European ones.

What is CE mark?
CE Marking on a product is a manufacturer's declaration that the product complies with the essential requirements of the relevant European health, safety and environmental protection legislation, in practice by many of the so-called Product Directives.
How can I pay for our orders?

There are many ways to pay for your order, you can pay by PayPal (with an account or Credit Card) or Bank transfer. Paypal also offers customer money payback guarantee if you are not entirely happy with the product you received.

What happens in case of breakage?

Please check the item upon arrival but within 48 hours. After that we cannot take responsibility for any breakage/damage of the appliance. Please contact us immediately.  Once the shipping company is notified (by the customer) and claim accepted (around 2 days), we will send you a new appliance or the part to be replaced (only minor damage).

I live outside the EU, who pays for the custom duties and GST?

In Australia our prices include customs fees by default (as per our price break down on our website).
Unfortunately in some cases the Australian customs disregards our invoice and price breakdown and charge additional custom fees and charges. This is not our fault and cannot be pre-calculated. They charge the receiver/customer additional costs and it must be paid for the item to be released. This charge is not included in our price. Import taxes payable on shipments to other destinations are NOT included in the price quoted. Our shipping agent will contact customers to arrange payment of the tax assessed on arrival in the destination country but before delivery if necessary.

Do the prices on website include shipping fees?

Yes, shipping fees are included in the total price for all countries, customers in AU and NZ have nothing more to pay, appliances are delivered to door.

Is there manufacturer warranty on the appliances?

All appliances are coming with standard European manufacturers warranty. Manufacturer's warranty is not valid out of EU or the originating country most of the time.

Do I need to pay import fees and taxes in Australia?

Paying Australian custom fees and charges depends on the Australian customs.

About 10% of the time the Australian customs re-evaluate our invoice.

Unfortunately customs can request us to re-issue an invoice which reflects their valuation more accurately (not us really, they ask Fedex to change the customs declaration and re-lodge) and charge an additional 10% GST and 5% import tax on your purchase, not including shipping.

If you are an Australian business you can claim back the GST.

As this is completely up to the Australian customs we are not responsible for this payment.

Thank you for your understanding.
